This listing is for a complete product being a pair of arms. One of the arms has a gloss coating with some minor install marks and the other arm has a more matte finish. Also the lockstops do have some marks on them from being in storage, all the above does not affect their performance or function in any way.
Refer to the product photo for the items condition these are not brand new items and have imperfections. This does not effect their performance or use but cannot be sold as brand new.
